Having been in recruitment for around 1 year, I’ve been lucky to speak to countless ambitious women daily. Having moved into the tech industry 6 months ago – it’s great to see changes happening and movements towards equality being made. Take FJ as an example – the team is 56% women which is amazing!
It’s important that women in business/tech is spoken about beyond International Women’s Day and is a constant conversation. The women at FJ are proof that we’re vital and key players in a business! I want to pledge to speak up about issues in the industry and encourage the uncomfortable conversations that will hopefully help keep us moving in a positive direction.
